For sale is my United BMX, unfortunately this has to go because i need the money for university. it was bought in July for £480 from Evans Cycles, i've still got the paperwork for this.

since i've had the bike i've cut the seatpost right down as i run it slammed anyway, added hope metal barends, trimmed the axles flush to the nuts(and painted with hammerite to stop them rusting) cut the flanges from the grips, put on a KMC kool chain, and white odyssey trailmix pedals, also some sticky brake pads.

as for damage, there really isn't much. the rear cassette is nakkered and this has led to some chain slap on the rear chainstays. the bike will need a new hub or a new wheel to get it running properly. the front tyre has a tiny tiny split in the sidewall but it doesn't make it jump when it spins, and has been like this for ages. the rear tyre has some wear but still has plenty of life.

overall this bike has only had a tiny it of light trails use and just riding to work at university, it is in good nick, but will need a new rear hub to get it running, and a new tyre if your really fussy.

bike is priced realistically considering how little it has been used and the work it needs to get it running.
