Why not buy a pair of decent metal pedals then? Grippier and safer. They'd look better too.

haha pedals are a temp bodge until i can afford new ones they literally have nothing left to them should be soon enough, i wanna get some chrome 4 piece bars for it

Im not too sure on 4 piece bars like. They remind me of something that you would get on a bike from Toys 'R' Us.
But it is your bike and I am not riding it.
