i will include bottom bracket and headset,but bearings need replacing,

one of the bearings of bottom bracket ive kept,its not to bad,bit of life in it,but other was totally knackered, one bearing is around 9 quid, unless you know somewhere cheaper or other members can guide you to some one cheap,

but ive struggled to find new bearings for headset,fsa impact

as you can see the cage for the headset bearings as snapped top and bottom,was running smooth with no problems,did not know was broken until i stripped it ready for painting
