Guidelines

where can i get cheap bmx brake cables. i got some new brakes but then found out my cables are shot.thanks :)

thanks. im booking my bike into halfords tomorrow so theyll tell me if i need new cables. i most likely do. so could you tell me a price and i'll probably take them off you tomorrow.

Chain Reaction do plenty of cables. Better than being charged whatever Halfords are going to charge.

Try shooting some WD40 or GT85 down the outer cable (without the inner in there) using the red straw. Leave to dry and lube up with 3in1 oil. Or if GT85 it probably be ok. As WD40 doesn't last very long at all. Also damaged cables can make things not run too well.
