This topic is to list what it cost you to post your wheels, frames, bars and other bmx parts. Not your CD or shoes.

Be specific and detailed as you can. Saying something like "bars £4" isn't good to anybody. We want to see the exact model of the handle bar and what service you used. If you can list the year of the part, the weight and the size this is good. Also if you used insurance, recorded delivery etc.

Failure to post informative info will just result in posts being deleted to avoid clutter. This includes daft questions and daft comments. There's a place for that already on the forum, so do it there.

Anyone who wants to post a complete bike; I strongly suggest using www.senditnow.com

I've used them loads of times, and theyre great. It costs £12.99 to send a complete bmx in a bike box, and they collect from your house at an allocated time, and delivery is guaranteed by noon the next day.

i recieved a complete bike using www.senditnow.com

basically, to put it simply, you pay £12.99 (for a complete bike!) for parcel force 24hr before 12pm (they use parcel force), they also come and pick up your package as well

absolutely brilliant!

I sent a package of assorted bike parts, packaged up it weighed almost 20kg. Box was approx 100x40x25cm.
This cost £8.25 with interparcel.com, insurance was only included to £50 - so it cost me another quid to up the cover. This was a 48hour courier service, with collection from my house.

I've used interparcel for loads of stuff and always found them to be cheap and reliable - I've used them to ship stuff to Australia and the States too with no problems.
