Them rims take so much abuse, my rear one is slightly buckled.

No lugs/no brakes, 1x peg but currently none, modded axle on me geisha. bout it.

Im goofy and only really grind one side, so thats 2/4 down. I hate smithing with a front peg, rather smith with my axle. so I leave one peg on for feebs n ice picks. Now im pegless because im using my pedal more.

actually, the bearings blew more on a female axle than it did with the solid. Infact, i havent blown a single bearing since i replaced it with the solid.

haha, last photo was from a late night ride. Had me camera n flash gun so thought it would kill time for a couple of photos for me portfolio.

and sorry mate, i Dont feel like taking my coaster apart just for pictures. Its just a £15 solid axle that is hollowed out, the inside is tapped so i can run it female later.

what axle you have mate? if its just a solid axle, you can drill straight through it no problem. then cut the ends down and supply yourself with some 10mm bolts from BnQ so you've got yourself a lightweight female axle.
Id recommend using the lathe.. Not a power drill.

its real simple. doesnt take a pro to do it.

make sure you have a good length drill piece. cut the ends off before you drill into it, cut it so its 1-2mm INSIDE the dropouts, so you have enough room to pull the dropouts in for a bit of tension yadda yadda.
Drill right through it with a 9/9.5 drill piece, make sure its in the lathe PERFECT. then tap the 2 ends with a 10mm taper and trot to b n q for your bolts.
