yeah but i thinnk the stem is based on the afix stem. its like the way the stem fits into itself. its weird. but you can buy a stem not attatched to bars thats the same like mechanism.

but yeah it is the bar/stem combo.

yeah its a stagg its fairly old and im not sure what it is its misiing a spring but its not bad at all.
