So i'd just use 184mm all round. But that's me.
Double Butted spokes are lighter and could be considered as being stronger. Alloy nipples can save more weight but they're weak if your heavy handed with a spoke key.
DB spokes won't make a difference to the quoted length. Nipple length will, slightly.
