Guidelines

as the title says realy. i just brought a shadow rant V2 and want to lace it up. one flange is smaller than the other. pijin said the non drive side needs 186.6mm ann the drive side needs 187.8mm? i will be lacing x3 i dont know if i should just get spokes same length or not ? needing 36 as well as nipples black please. ASAP thanks

It wouldnt do anything to the hub , people have done it , some spokes just might stick out an extra little bit, should be fine i reckon considering other people have done it and its came out ok..

What are you lacing it too? 188mm will be fine. Longer rather than shorter.

ermm i was thinking about a hazzard lite
and does double butted make a big difference ?

According to Pijin's calculator 36h and 3x Rant V2 onto Hazard Lt is 184.2mm & 185.4mm

So i'd just use 184mm all round. But that's me.

Double Butted spokes are lighter and could be considered as being stronger. Alloy nipples can save more weight but they're weak if your heavy handed with a spoke key.

DB spokes won't make a difference to the quoted length. Nipple length will, slightly.
