Guidelines

Felt Cruiser Frame. Takes 24" wheels, will sell with forks. to be honest, I want rid of this pretty quick so a decent/sensible offer will do.

Felt 10mm Hub off the cruiser. Cheap, not brilliant. So again, cheap. 36 hole.

whats the difference bettween a 1 peice steerer and anythin else?

1 piece is exactly that, 1 piece. Where a two piece setup is where the steerer is pushed into the crown and welded. 1 piece is stiffer, stronger and lighter due to no weld and less material. One of the few things that "stronger but lighter" can actually be applied to.
