Got a white hazard lite I could build onto a black primopro low flange hub with black spokes. The rim is in great condition, not dents or bends at all. Just took bloody ages respraying it really well with 8 coats of good quality paint and primer all smooth with no runs etc. Hub looks pretty ratty though, has a lot of grinding on the flanges but it still spins smooth so it depends how bothered you are about the looks. Spokes are fine, couple of scratches but no damage on them, they weren't on the hub with grinding.
