Yeah, needs 10mm axle ends ideally but if it's a geisha I guess I could just change them.

for flat you're probably best going for a nankai bamboo

It's 14mm though and back end of my flat bike will be 10mm, basically the hub that's on there is shit, heavy, unsealed and quite likely to break so i'm wanting to upgrade it asap.

the nankai aluminium is 10mm.
most decent flat coasters are unsealed so don't be put off by that. unsealed bearings run smoother anyway
all coasters are heavy -you just have to live with it. the geisha/geisha light is probably the lightest out of the box but they don't seem to be all that highly rated by flat riders.
they work n all that and don't really require too much work to look after but they aren't that smooth, the slack isn't finely adjustable and you may find you can't make it baggy enough at all.
